Terms of Professional Service
These terms govern professional bookkeeping, reconciliation, and month-end closing services provided by We Clean Accounts to United States business clients.
Scope boundaries and client responsibilities
We Clean Accounts provides professional bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and period closing services using certified software including QuickBooks, Xero, BILL, and Sage. All services are strictly operational and financial recordkeeping oriented. The firm does not provide CPA tax filing, tax preparation, formal audits, or legal opinions. Clients maintain sole responsibility for engaging licensed tax professionals to file annual returns and address compliance matters.
Clients agree to supply complete, authentic source documentation, bank transaction statements, vendor invoices, and timely answers to ledger inquiries. Timely record delivery ensures accurate month-end closes and reliable reporting. Either party may terminate ongoing bookkeeping engagements with written notice according to the specific terms outlined in your signed service agreement.
